HHHRF started with a noble intention of bringing all HR Personnel together at one platform. We started by shooting off letters to all the HR Managers and Asst. Managers of Service Industry.

To be the best-in-class and one of the finest communities for HR Personnel in India and beyond!

Our Mission:

To create a platform for all HR professionals from various industries and verticals to network, interact, share best practices, discuss and debate issues and concerns regarding Human Resources (Recruiting, Learning, Training & Development)

Structure:

From a very long time a need was felt of including HR Personnel from other industries as well, as the “Training Cycle” would remain the same in any industry. By word of mouth, the membership of our started increasing. We crossed our first milestone of 200 active members in the first quarter of 2009. After this, there has been no looking back! We have grown by leaps and bounds over the past few months, with chapters in more cities in India.

We shall be adding more enhanced features including “Job Postings”, a “Training Calendar”, where in we will list training programmes / workshops etc in near future…

HHHRF Workshops will assist our members with information on public Workshops, Conferences, Seminars and would also feature information about training companies and free lancer. HR. Managers to join send a mail on hhrf.hiht@gmail.com.

We never could have imagined that we could go so far in the learning field. This is just a beginning and we have still a long way to go!
